Each workshop, framed around LinkedIn's Social Selling Index: develop your professional brand, find the right people, engage with insights and build relationships shows the importance of committing to use Linkedin strategically. Additionally, Colleen will discuss Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter and why a LinkedIn strategy is critical to maximizing sales and recruiting success on LinkedIn.
Colleen, an early LinkedIn adopter, shows you how to analyze your network, increase your personal rankings, develop a highly-engaged online community and create new business opportunities regardless of geography. From strategy to implementation, this presentation provides insight on how LinkedIn can help companies increase their digital presence and drive business and recruiting opportunities.

Speaker Biography: Colleen recognized early on that LinkedIn could connect the world's B2B professionals and provide a way to do business, network, further careers and share knowledge and expertise. Colleen McKenna launched Intero Advisory for individuals and companies focused on increasing their sales and talent initiatives.
Since 2011 Intero Advisory, a LinkedIn consulting, coaching and training firm has been engaged by more than 500 companies who have increased their presence, revenue and hiring opportunities applying Colleen's insight, strategy, and techniques. Colleen and Intero shake up the status quo with a 'personal approach to business by maximizing an individual's network, personal brand, and expertise.
She has a Masters Degree in Publication Design from the University of Baltimore and an undergraduate degree in Mass Communication from Towson University.
