Adding all EO events to your calendar automatically is easy!

Our calendar feed:

Click on your calendar icon below for instructions to add the EO Philadelphia calendar feed for all things EO Philly!


APPLE CALENDAR

  1. Open the Calendar program (in Applications)

  2. From the File menu select New Calendar Subscription

  3. Type or paste the EO feed URL into the “Calendar URL” field then click Subscribe

  4. Set the settings for this feed to the following:

    1. Name: EO Events

    2. Location: iCloud

    3. Uncheck “Alerts” and “Attachments"

    4. Set Auto-refresh to “Every 5 minutes”

    5. Uncheck “Ignore alerts”

*note: by using iCloud, this calendar will automatically show up on your
iPhone and other iCloud devices. If you don’t use iCloud, you’ll want to set
up the calendar on your iPhone separately:

GOOGLE CALENDAR

  1. Open Google Calendar.

  2. On the left side, find "Other calendars" and click the down arrow .

  3. Select Add by URL.

  4. Enter the calendar's address in the field provided. The address needs to be an ICAL link.

  5. Click Add calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under "Other calendars."

Note: It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.

TIPWhy can't I see my shared or subscribed Google Calendars?
You probably need to enable your other calendars through Google's web interface. Go to https://www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect and make sure that all of your calendars are enabled there. If you originally set up your Google account using Exchange and Google Sync, you can enable your calendars at https://m.google.com/sync/settings/.

Outlook CALENDAR

  1. Click the link for the Internet Calendar Subscription. 

    1. You might be prompted to acknowledge that you are opening a hyperlink. You should click Yes only if you know and trust the validity of the linked calendar.

    2. At the prompt, Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates, click Yes.

    3. The Internet Calendar opens in side-by-side view in the Outlook Calendar and is added to the Navigation Pane in Calendar view under Other Calendars. The calendar will check periodically for any updates made by the calendar publisher.
