John brings a wealth of experience from his leadership roles in corporate America, managing P&L responsibilities exceeding $1.5 billion and leading teams with over 300 sales professionals. Over his 30-year career, he has garnered a reputation for being a growth catalyst and turnaround specialist, achieving historic revenue and profit milestones for companies such as Quest Diagnostics, Optum, and Bio-Rad Laboratories. His success stems from his courage in tackling formidable business challenges, his focus on high-impact initiatives, and his knack for nurturing top-performing leaders.

In 2014, John took a bold step by investing in an emergency property restoration company (Mammoth) as a partner. As CEO, he saved the company from bankruptcy, revitalized it, set it on a path of growth, and successfully sold the business in 2023. This blend of corporate leadership and small business ownership has equipped him to serve as a fractional sales leader, where he can significantly impact small businesses' growth. He develops sales strategies and processes for high-performing teams and oversees their implementation, including hiring, training, and coaching sales executives.

John's academic journey includes graduating magna cum laude from Penn State University with a BS in Biology, an MS in Physiology, and an MBA with a Marketing emphasis. He also competed and coached for the Intercollegiate Wrestling Team at his alma mater, a top 5 Division 1 program, where he earned numerous awards and championships.

Because of his coaching experience, John discovered the career that he was best at and liked the most - sales leadership. And after running his own small business, he realized where he can make the greatest impact, which is working fractionally for small business owners. Though John is no longer involved in wrestling or coaching, his background in competitive athletics and sports leadership continues to shape his business approach. He builds motivated teams that are highly disciplined, possess an unparalleled work ethic, and have the resilience to overcome the toughest challenges.
