What does it take to defy expectations, build a nationally recognized brand, and create meaningful social impact along the way?

We’re thrilled to host Anne Mahlum, the visionary founder of [solidcore], who scaled her fitness concept into a powerhouse before selling the company. The Wonder Lab: A Day for Kids — and the Kid in You

The Wonder Lab: A Day for Kids — and the Kid in You

What if your next breakthrough… came from play?

Somewhere along the way, most of us traded curiosity for efficiency, imagination for optimization, and play for productivity. It worked. You built something incredible.

But what if the thing that helps you build what’s next…is remembering how to think like a kid again?

The Wonder Lab is a one-of-a-kind, full-day experience with bestselling author and creativity instigator Brad Montague, designed for EO members and their school-aged kids — and just as powerful for any member who comes solo.

Yes, this is Bring Your Kids to Work Day. But more than that, it’s a day where kids help you remember how to wonder, imagine, and experiment again.

This is not a conference. It’s not a keynote. It’s a shared creativity lab for your family, your peers, and your future self.

Date: April 23, 2026

Location: TGR Learning Lab - 7401 Lansdowne Ave Philadelphia, PA 19151

Attendees:

  • EO/EOA/KEF/SAP members with school-aged kids

  • EO/EOA/KEF/SAP members without kids who want a creativity reset

  • EO/EOA/KEF/SAP leaders who feel stuck in “serious mode”

  • Builders who want to think differently again

  • Humans who want a meaningful shared memory — not just another event

Schedule:

Morning Kickoff
Fail-a-bration

A high-energy, interactive experience with Brad Montague about play, resilience, creativity, and why the best ideas come from experimentation—not perfection.

The Family Challenge
Kids and adults team up to invent something ridiculous (and possibly brilliant), then pitch it Shark Tank–style. Expect laughter, surprises, and unforgettable moments.

Lunch

Afternoon Breakouts

· Adults: A creative problem-solving session to break rigid thinking and unlock fresh perspectives for real-world challenges.

· Kids: A hands-on creative project where they’ll build, make, and imagine something meaningful to share.

Closing -
We’ll come back together to celebrate what was created, share reflections, and send everyone out with a little more courage, clarity, and wonder.
