Join the EO Philadelphia community for our Summer Social Series — a relaxed collection of happy hours, gatherings, and shared experiences designed to foster connection, strengthen relationships, and create space for meaningful conversations outside of the usual day-to-day.

Whether you’re reconnecting with familiar faces or meeting new members for the first time, these events are all about community, conversation, and enjoying the summer season together.

Open to the full EO Philadelphia community, including EO Members, EO Accelerator Participants, Strategic Alliance Partners (SAPs), SLP, KEF participants, spouses/significant others, and guests.

EO Philadelphia will provide light appetizers and the first round of drinks. Additional food and beverages will be available for individual purchase.

Venue: Citizens Bank Park (Lot K): Lot K is located at the Sports Complex in South Philadelphia near the corner of 11th Street and Pattison Avenue.

Attendees: Open to the EO Philadelphia community, including EO, EOA, SAP, SLP, and KEF.

Overview:  Join the EO Philadelphia community for an afternoon tailgate followed by a Phillies game at the ballpark.

This event is all about summer energy, community connection, and bringing people together for a fun and memorable evening outside the office. Whether you stay for the tailgate, head into the game, or both, we’d love to have you join us.

Please note: this is a BYOTicket (“Bring Your Own Ticket”) event. Attendees are responsible for purchasing their own Phillies game ticket if planning to attend the game following the tailgate. We encourage attendees to coordinate seating with fellow EO community members when purchasing tickets.

EO Philadelphia will provide tailgate snacks and beverages prior to the game. Additional food, beverages, parking, and game-related purchases will be the individual's responsibility.

EO Philadelphia Board Event Policy

• Registration & Cancellation Deadline: Registration or cancellation of EO Members, EO Accelerators, or their guests within 72 hours of the start of an event will incur a per-person charge. 

  For this event, the deadline cutoff is August 16th

• No-Shows and Party-Crashers: EO Members, EO Accelerators, and their guests who fail to attend an event, or attend without registering, will incur an event charge per person, plus any event-specific charges.

• Charges: A $50 event charge applies to any EO Member, EO Accelerator, and/or their respective guests that fall in any of the above categories. 

  • Charges will be automatically collected via eonetwork.org using the EO Member/EO Accelerators card on file or billed directly from the EO Philadelphia Finance Chair. 

Please note, that all event-related charges collected due to late registration/cancelation/no-show/party-crashers will be allocated towards EO Philadelphia's annual GSEA competition prize package.
