Overview: Execution Day: Turning Priorities into Results
Most businesses don’t struggle with ideas—they struggle with execution.
This Learning Day is designed to help you move from scattered effort to focused, repeatable results.
You’ll work through:
Identifying your biggest execution gaps using the Rockefeller Habits
Turning your priorities into clear, measurable quarterly actions
Building simple dashboards to track what actually matters
Creating meeting rhythms that drive accountability and faster decisions
Plus, a virtual session with Ingrid Schneider on: AI Agents for Local Content & Brand Reputation
How to use AI to create hyper-local content fast, manage reviews strategically, and start building simple agent-based automations — all tied directly to execution.
You’ll leave with practical tools and a clear plan you can immediately implement in your business.
