Amy has been in your seat. She joined her family’s chain of eight independent party stores — about $8 million in revenue — and built it into Party City’s largest franchise: 25 stores, 900 employees, over $75 million in sales, before the company sold. She then took over a fledgling nonprofit with no money in the bank and no distribution and grew it into a successful global media company.

She’s held almost every seat in a business, including CEO, COO, CMO, and general counsel. And she’s made plenty of mistakes along the way. She believes she could have avoided every one of them had she had EOS earlier. That’s why she’s spent over seven years bringing EOS to other entrepreneurs.
