Overview: The past year’s collective trauma has challenged and decentered even the most grounded individuals. Chronic uncertainty and unrelenting personal and professional stressors have left us in a state of perpetual anxiety. Isolation has left us feeling disconnected and depressed, more prone to shame’s stories. The loss of support systems and coping mechanisms has caused some of us to fall into old or unhealthy patterns. Relationships have been strained or have dissolved. And for many of us, this year has been filled with grief: what we’ve lost, and old wounds that have been triggered within us.
This session will invite EO members to share their experience of the past year – to process and integrate stories in the company of supportive witnesses. We will honor and hold space for the pain, while identifying seeds of resilience and wisdom that have been planted during this chapter so we can be that much clearer moving into our next one.
