What have you learned about yourself/your business since March 2020?
We have a great staff. They have been very flexible and are always trying to come up with better solutions. Despite all of the challenges we have with hiring, I've learned that I am fairly effective at hiring people.
What are you looking to do differently in 2021 and going forward?
Plan more effectively. I have a ton of ideas in my mind and I need to focus on completing some of them. Less is more.
What would you share with other business owners exploring membership?
The information gathered from simple conversations with other business owners is invaluable. I don't know of another cost in my life that has had a higher return.

What problems in your business did COVID accelerate finding an answer to?
Covid forced us to streamline and come up with better solutions. We're handling problems with less resources. Once this is over, we will be more effective and profitable.
Best part of being an entrepreneur you've been reminded of in 2020?
I can create my own schedule and fully in charge of the outcomes in my life.
Why is now a good time to be an entrepreneur?
So many people are struggling and business has been disrupted. Talent, funding and new ideas are readily available.
