YEarly Re-qualification Form
Each year, members of EO must complete a yearly re-qualification form in order to verify they qualify for EO. EO’s current qualifications are as follows:
EO Membership Qualifications
To qualify for EO Membership
Be the founder, co-founder, owner, or controlling shareholder of a company.
Hold one of the above titles for a company that grosses more than US $1 Million annually.
For venture backed companies to qualify for membership, they must have privately raised funds of US$2M or publicly raised funds of US $5M, and 10 full-time employees.
Venture backed companies have three years before they must meet the standard qualification of US $1M in gross annual revenue.
Members who have been in good standing beyond two (2) calendar years and have sold their business are allowed to retain EO membership indefinitely with one-time declaration of business sale and chapter verification of business sale.
Applying members must complete and submit business sale form to their local chapter.
At the onset of the annual renewals campaign, the local chapter must inform and submit business sales form of all such members to the global renewals team so a copy is on file.
Note: If a member has been in EO for less than two (2) calendar years they would not qualify to submit for business sale, however, at renewal they can submit for their 12 month grace period.
