EO Philadelphia is committed to providing continual value and resources at the forum level. Take advantage of the many ways EO Philadelphia provides benefits to each forum through connecting, building relationships, and learning.
We encourage all forums to take advantage of these offerings to create a deeper EO experience.
Is your forum interested in earning extra funds for dinners or your annual retreat? Each forum is eligible to receive $1500 for the 2023-2024 FY
Ways to earn!
SAP attends a Forum Meeting (presentation/Q&A/HH or dinner)
2 points per SAP
Attend quarterly Moderator Lunches (1 representative/forum)
1 point per quarterly lunch
1-1 Meetings between Forum Members & Forum Chair (paid out once all forum-mates have had their individual meetings)
2 points total, paid at completion
Max $1500 subsidy offered to each forum
Base requirements to receive subsidy:
Your Forum has completed an updated Profile and it is on file with the chapter.
Your Forum Constitution is complete and on file with the chapter.
Your Moderator is Trained
Accountability Chart/Forum Roles
Each point will be valued at $150, and your forum can select how to earn point throughout the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year (July - June).
Payouts should be submitted quarterly by the first week in the following quarter. 10/7, 1/7, 4/7 and 7/7.
Bonds built with your forum-mates are the roots of your EO experience. EO Philadelphia is committed to providing annual funding to bring an outside facilitator one time (1x) per year.
For the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year, EO Philadelphia is hosting a Forum Workshop Day. A Day where all EO Philadelphia Forums will meet and the chapter will provide a facilitator to lead each meeting.
Any forum launched following our 2023 Forum Workshop Day (11.16.23) will be eligible to receive $750 to use towards a facilitator of their choosing valid thru June 2024. Select your own, OR leverage one of EO’s Forum Workshops. If you select an EO workshop, you can use this link to schedule it directly.
