Chapter Forum Incentives & Benefits

EO Philadelphia is committed to providing continual value and resources at the forum level. Take advantage of the many ways EO Philadelphia provides benefits to each forum through connecting, building relationships, and learning.

 

Bonds built with your forum-mates are the roots of your EO experience. EO Philadelphia is thrilled to host an All-Chapter Forum Workshop Day for each of our 14 Forums on November 16th, 2023.

Each forum will have the opportunity to work with a facilitator on a topic that resonates with their unique forum. Click here to see topic offerings.

Incentive Opportunities for your forum

Each forum can earn up to $1500 throughout the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year (June - July) for their commitment and participation in the following areas.

  • Forum Group Documents - Required for subsidy

  • 1-1 Forum Member Calls - $300 for all forum members participation

  • Quarterly Moderator Lunches - $150 for having a representative attend each of the quarterly lunches

  • Strategic Partner Expertise - $300ea. for your first two SAP forum visits (maximum $600 payout

Subsidies will be paid out following the end of each quarter. All subsidy requests must be made by the 15th of the following month to be eligible. Final subsidy requests are due by July 15, 2024, requests after that will not be paid out.

Forum Group Requirements

Each year the incoming Moderator should attend Moderator Training Program (MTP). A full-day training which provides resources for a successful year as Moderator. Additionally, each forum should submit the following SOP’s each FY:

  • Forum Profile

  • Constitution

  • Accountability Chart/Forum Roles

In order to receive any subsidy payouts, your forum must send all these documents to the Forum Team.

Forum Health is vital. In order for each member of a forum to garner value from the group, it is critical to that the forum overall is healthy. The Forum team will schedule 1-1 calls with each forum member throughout the year as a way to connect, engage and ensure forum health.

Moderators or another representative from each forum are expected to attend the four Quarterly Moderator Lunches scheduled by the Forum Team each year. These lunches are a vital part to ensure forum health. For the 23.24 FY, lunches will be held the following dates: 9/13/23, 12/13/23, 3/13/24 and 6/12/24 at Founding Farmers in KOP.

Each EO Philadelphia forum is expected to host (at minimum) 2 Platinum Strategic Partners at a forum meeting throughout the FY. Invite them to speak on a topic, network, or host a Q&A session, they are excited to engage!
